This policy applies to purchases from Synedi.ai, operated by Capitol Labs Consulting LLC, and is part of our Terms of Service. It covers cancellation, refunds, à la carte purchases, chargebacks, and referral credit.
Refunds are by request, not automatic. We do not issue automatic refunds or credits. If you believe you're owed one under this policy, email refund@synedi.ai and we'll review it.
You can cancel any time in Account → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then and are not charged again. We don't refund the unused part of a period you've already paid for, and prepaid multi-month terms are non-refundable — except in these cases, or where required by law:
Single-hearing purchases are digital goods delivered on purchase. Once a transcript has been made available to you, the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where the transcript isn't delivered or is materially defective — in which case email us for a refund or a corrected transcript.
If you think a charge is wrong, contact us first — it's usually faster than a chargeback. A refund, chargeback, or dispute revokes the associated access, and we'll provide the payment processor with transaction records; we may suspend account access pending resolution. Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account termination.
Referral credits are earned only for verified, approved, and active referrals, and are subject to a stated cap. If a purchase that earned a referral credit is refunded, charged back, or cancelled before it qualifies, the associated credit is reversed. Refunds are applied against any outstanding referral credit before any cash refund.
Email refund@synedi.ai or use your account settings. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, and any tax collected is refunded proportionally.
We may update this policy at any time, and from time to time. Changes don't apply retroactively to purchases already made.
